Love in the Slow Lane …

I’m sceptical. I don’t know why, but it’s a natural disposition for me to question things. Maybe that’s why I’ve built a career as a journalist and in public relations. I’m always searching for the bear trap, the catch in any situation. So when I recently had the opportunity to witness the transformation of a member of a networking group I’d been attending, I must admit I was amazed.

There was nothing wrong with this woman before, in fact, she’s one of the most interesting and compelling characters you could ever hope to meet, but under the guidance and counsel of a Love Coach she transformed into a shiny, more brilliant version of herself. And it all happened in three months. It was quite remarkable.

I had never heard of a Love Coach before but after learning more about the process involved, I became more intrigued in seeing what it’s all about and whether a 40-year-old, perpetually single, career-driven woman can be transformed.

So for the next three months Love Coach Julia Keller is going to attempt to work her magic on me and help me become a more shiny version of myself, which may, if all things go to plan, result in me improving my non-existent love life and also help my overall life! She knows I’m sceptical, and we’ve already had the discussion about my loathing of wearing high-heeled shoes, but I’m intrigued to see where this journey takes me. I hope you enjoy the ride.
